Stoel Rives LLP and CleanTECH San Diego present the first installment of the "Water Education" Seminar Series. Jeffrey Kightlinger, General Manager, The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, will discuss Water Supply Issues for Southern California.
In light of recent developments on water rights and water quality, in particular the new General Municipal Permit adopted on May 8 by the Regional Water Board, CleanTECH San Diego and Stoel Rives LLP are partnering to co-host a series of informational briefings on water issues that may affect cleantech businesses. This member service will consist of bi-monthly briefings on the following topics and more:
- renewable energy projects and jurisdictional issues
- stormwater permit requirements
